Some of our furniture items arrive fully assembled, while others may require minimal assembly. See product description to find out more about assembly requirements. All products will include easy-to-follow instructions where assembly is required.

Delivery times vary by item and location. Most furniture pieces are delivered within 6–8 weeks, while custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its progress.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
