Some of our furniture items arrive fully assembled, while others may require minimal assembly. See product description to find out more about assembly requirements. All products will include easy-to-follow instructions where assembly is required.

Please allow 3-11 business days for order processing. Bulk goods and furniture items typically take approximately 6 to 8 weeks as some of these are made on order at our manufacturer's warehouse and shipped by sea freight. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
